Build aurora's Vulkan interop on Linux with the patched Dawn linked statically, extend the Vulkan OpenXR backend guards to desktop Linux, and route openxr_integration to it with XR_KHR_vulkan_enable2 and timespec display-time conversion. Re-applied from the earlier native Linux commit.
