Install on this PC works on Windows again: the agent (loaded for its VDF code) imported the POSIX-only fcntl at the top (ModuleNotFoundError for every PC VR install; GitHub #131)

Release bundles: ship the Frame agent's source (fixes #2). flet build compiles every .py of the app to .pyc, bundled data included, so the agent couldn't be uploaded and connecting failed. Bundles carry frameport_agent.py.txt as well (paths.agent_file reads either); scripts/package.py fails a build whose bundle lacks the source
