The short 8 kHz mono signed 16-bit speech fixture is from py-webrtcvad/test-audio.raw, Git blob c8d903ebd53312fed6780430f7963b74034d95d8. See WebRTC-test-LICENSE.txt for its upstream license notices. Tests convert it to 16 kHz in memory. The fixture is test-only and excluded from installed binary release packages.
