Build the mesh tests again: their fake transport takes the direct address

38d86e1 gave SteamTransport::join a direct IP and port and added
take_direct_notes(), but the fake transport in mesh_tests.cpp kept the old
join and had no take_direct_notes, so the Windows test build failed. The
fake ignores the direct address and has no notes.
