steamvr restart runs itself again in a user scope (systemd-run --user),
which needs the VR session's service manager; the window in desktop mode
passed on desktop mode's runtime folder and D-Bus, so it failed ("Failed
to connect to user scope bus via local transport") after the script had
already exited 0: nothing happened, and nothing was said. It runs with the
VR session's XDG_RUNTIME_DIR and DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS now, as
lib/common.sh sysctl_user does.
A SteamVR add-on's uninstall suggested typing `steamvr restart`, which
fails in a desktop-mode terminal the same way: it points to the row's
⟳ Restart SteamVR, or a reboot.
