Structural 40K lane (base ea84554a): 15 functions / 14,150 meaningful
bytes of new source-driven strict exact code, 8 already-credited csplit
relocation aliases (6,752 B, config only) reported separately, one
zero-credit fuzzy defect fix, zero stable-verdict regressions.
- claude_structural_HANDOFF_20260923.md: results by category, batch
commits, priority-target outcomes, new laws (NODUP provider link law,
scratch harvest, header name-count interplay, aggregate view-copy strip
test) and why the 40K target was not reached (about 47K of
strict-exact-under-ruling rows await owner decisions).
- claude_structural_manifest_20260923.json: per-function rows, batch
gates, disclosed casts, rejected trials, fuzzy leads, waves and tools.
- claude_structural_owner_packet_20260923.md: seven measured decisions
(provider COMDAT model, PDB volatile, realcmp placement, authentic
January bugs, aggregate view copies, rejections, held items).
