When a Zext is going 64bit->128bit this involves a register class change. This is special cased in the CPU cores and the const prop class doesn't really have a way to handle this case in the IR level
FEX - Fast x86 emulation frontend
This is the frontend application and tooling used for development and debugging of the FEXCore library.
