"_doc": "PLAN 1.16 exemptions for glass.py gates (contracts/lab.md section 6). Owned by P10: request additions with 'REQ <YOU>->P10' in your evidence log. Elements may also carry data-lgs-exempt=\"E-...\" (set by the owning package). Selectors accept %{Token}; one that does not resolve is skipped. Each exempt element is checked against its own criterion (gates SIZE 'exempt' list, pass/why). '_scope' limits an exemption to some sweeps ('size', 'type', 'outline', 'aud') and, for 'aud', to some issue kinds, on the element its criterion judges; 'labels' names the PLAN 1.16 line that judges the text runs inside it (E-GRID (labels)); elsewhere an element is judged as usual. '_pending' lists ids PLAN 1.16 does not have yet (only the coordinator adds exemptions): their criterion is checked and reported, nothing is waived; P10 drops an id from '_pending' once PLAN 1.16 lists it.",
