MichaelScottsman ca78f26da9 Launcher: label fit cached by name and column, tagged while the popup is hidden: + opens ~200 -> ~135 ms ...

Steam renders new cells on every open, so the per-element cache missed and all 23 labels were measured again
(a forced layout each) inside the open. The verdict is now kept by label and column; tagging runs as the
pooled popup's content mounts, and the show itself only checks after its first frame. Stock: ~105 ms.
