# Copyright, license scope and provenance

Copyright (C) 2026 L8OLOOE and the respective contributors.

The project authored implementation in `source/`, original utilities in `tools/`, and original explanatory documentation are licensed under GNU GPL version 3 or, at your option, any later version. See [LICENSE](LICENSE). The license grant applies only to material the contributors are entitled to license. No warranty is provided.
|
|
|
|
Keep the copyright and license notices when conveying covered work. Modified versions must identify their changes as required by the GPL. [CREDITS.md](CREDITS.md) records project origin and specific acknowledgements. Future contributors retain ownership of their own contributions. No copyright assignment is required.
|
|
|
|
## Separate material
|
|
|
|
1. Vendor firmware, native libraries, SDK code, decompilation, device calibration and recordings are not supplied and are not covered by this grant. Product names and compatibility facts remain those of their respective owners.
|
|
2. Sparse firmware differences are descriptions of our changes relative to exact stock inputs. The license applies to authored contributions only, not vendor bytes or vendor rights. The recipient supplies permitted exact stock inputs separately.
|
|
3. Hinata Reira's packet reference remains his contribution. Its original prose is not included as a newly GPL licensed work. The attributed factual digest and ledger redirects preserve its research role without claiming ownership of his text.
|
|
4. `assets/author-avatar.png` is an identity screenshot supplied by the project author, outside the GPL grant. No permission to redistribute or extract the underlying avatar, models, textures or third party assets is granted.
|
|
5. `assets/research-banner.png` is an AI generated conceptual illustration. Any rights held by the project author in this illustration are offered under the same GPL terms. It is not a photograph, hardware schematic or verified representation of device internals.
|
|
6. Separately acquired dependencies retain their own licenses and notices. Their inclusion in a build requires the builder to check applicable compatibility and distribution obligations.
|
|
|
|
This publication is a source and research snapshot. It is not a vendor endorsement, a tracking product release, permission to bypass access restrictions, or proof of a safe installation procedure. Offline diff verification is distinct from device activation and live tracking quality.
