    orbisRPC 1.0.0 — first full release

    Discord Rich Presence for jailbroken PS4 (firmware 9.00–13.52): game name, cover art, elapsed timer, straight to your profile. No PC at runtime.

    Setup (PKG, recommended): install orbisRPC-setup.pkg, open orbisRPC Setup, pick INSTALL / UPDATE — it stages the payload, writes config, and offers autorun. Then paste your token (docs/TOKEN_SETUP.md) and reboot.

    Manual: drop orbisRPC.elf in /data/payloads/, launch once (creates config), add token, re-run.

    What's new: full setup app with settings UI, uninstaller and update checker; community title list (config/custom.json — report missing titles via the pinned issue); single-daemon lock fix; NTP clock self-heal. Beta notes still apply: testers-chat takes logs + firmware, never tokens.

    TEST ONLY - for update-check testing, not a real release. Unsigned (no manifest.json): consoles will log '2 available' then refuse at ORX-UPDATE-002. That is the expected check path. Do not install.

    Custom SDL2 installer UI, probe-first any-firmware detection, no-exit daemon with status heartbeat, daemon.gen supersede protocol. See ARCHITECTURE.md. Tested on 9.00.

    orbisRPC — Discord Rich Presence for the jailbroken PS4 (GoldHEN).
    Shows your game, cover art, and play timer on Discord straight from the console. No PC at runtime.

    Install (5 minutes)

    1. Download OrbisRPC-Setup-1.0.0.pkg and install it with Package Installer.
    2. Open orbisRPC Setup — it stages the daemon in /data/payloads and asks for your Discord token.
    3. Launch orbisrpc from Payload Guest (GoldHEN's payload menu), start a game, watch Discord.

    After a reboot: re-jailbreak, then enable AutoRun for orbisrpc in Payload Guest once.

    Verified in this build

    • Signed-only self-updates — unsigned SHA256SUMS fallback removed (ORX-UPDATE-002 enforced)
    • Heap off-by-one fix in the updater response reader
    • Plugin name fallback chain restored (SFO / app.xml / TMDB actually reached again)
    • Installer stages to /data/payloads (the path Payload Guest actually reads) with verified copies
    • Production release key; session file now fsync'd; TMDB tries TLS before plain HTTP

    Host-verified: unit tests, ASan/UBSan, e2e contracts, linkage gate (daemon-world libs only). On-console behavior for Rest Mode and the in-app keyboard is documented in the repo's troubleshooting guide.
