ci: stop building 32-bit (Windows, Linux) and Intel Mac Studio
Those targets still build locally with scripts/build-studio.sh; releases now carry Windows x64/arm64, Linux x64/arm64 and macOS arm64. Studio's updater already skips a release with no file for its computer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
