Soliton c632774407 RommPS carries RomM Sync and starts it: install from the store and go ...

RommPS bundles the payload from its own release (assets/rommps/romm-sync.elf)
and sends it to the HEN's loader when RomM Sync isn't running, or when the
running one is older. Setup's autostart step installs it into the HEN's
folder when it isn't there yet. tools/release-app.sh bundles the release's
own romm-sync.elf, checked against its SHA256SUMS.
