  symptom-by-symptom troubleshooting, uninstall
- docs/BUILD.md: complete build chain (payload via docker, PC toolchain
  install, exact commands, verification, gotchas)
- docs/index.html: rebuilt with quick-start detail, log-line table,
  troubleshooting, build section, anchors
- README: detailed quick start, corrected build commands (static dll,
  luxtheme, embed order) and links
